Embroidery Machine Servicing and Repairs

We charge a flat rate of £65 per hour; this is inclusive of travel and our time on site. We can also arrange a day rate special: contact us directly for a quotation.

If your embroidery machine is either out of warranty or if the machine breakdown is deemed as a user error, any parts used will be chargeable. Warranties are not transferable and are only applicable if the machine was supplied directly by us.

All prices are + vat.

You also have the option to bring your machines to our workshop in Northampton where we can undertake the necessary repairs/servicing at a reduced cost. Contact us to book in or for further information.
